Sentence builders are a fantastic way to a introduce a large amount of new vocabulary and we are increasingly using them to present language in manageable meaningful chunks.

As well as providing a great scaffold to all pupils,  the sentence builder approach allows pupils to develop their expression at a much greater pace, giving them a greater sense of confidence and an early taste of fluency.

 Quizlet provides another perfect platform for practising vocabulary and it is regularly used in class and at home where it works equally well on mobile phones, tablets and computers.
